A: hi ali, i calculated ur BMI....(body mass index), u can calculate it urself also, plenty of tools available on google its 35.1, anything above 30 comes in Obese category ur ideal weight is 62 kgs... first of all, losing 12 kgs in 12 weeks (3 months) is somewhat an achievable goal...but u shud make it 16 weeks instead of 12. ideal weight ...
