Q: How do you break a weight plateau? I tried changing my exercise and diet! But it doesn't seem to help! Tried alternating carb days and protein days/ High intensity training (speed intervals for 30 mins)! Anything else I can do? Will working out twice a day help?

A: Hi Saunskruti, I was facing the same problem and I made some changes to my diet by taking only a light dinner comprising of Kellogs and Milk with one apple. I also used to run for 25 mins on the treadmill @ 7 -7.5 KM twice a day. I changed that and now am running for 1 hour at an average of 6 KM per hour, I walk for 6 mins and then run for 4 mins, ...
