A: In the zone diet , normally we recommend 30% of calories from protein , 40%of calories from carbohydrates & 30% of calories from fat (mainly monounsaturated fat).Water should take atleast 2 liter per day . Coffee or tea(caffeinated beverages) should be avoided.Basically in zone diet plan contains 5-6 meals a day including snacks.

A: Healthy diet plan : Breakfast : high breakfast cereals , skimmed milk , fruits. Midmorning : fruits , buttermilk, diet biscuits , multigrains biscuits, roasted chana.
