A: Hi Pinky, Compared to normal mayonnaise, low fat ones are definitely better as the calorific value is less: Normal mayonnaise - 60 Kcal for 1 tablespoon, whereas Mayonnaise, low sodium, low calorie or diet - 34 K cal for 1 tablespoon. But on a everyday basis, i would not suggest it as everything in moderation would be better. :)
