
No weight reduction after following diet, feeling tired end of the day
Q: I have been following diet plan for now 12 days. Doing 30-45 min walks/strengh training 5 times a week.
I feel less energitic in the evening and feel tired. Because of it my productivity at work is deterioated. Is it a temporary thing? My body crave for carbs.
