Both are important....my choice is exercise.....it is simply my preferred choice just because....i can burn whatever i eat otherway around is possible....i love eating and it is equally a pleasure for me....at this point of time let me give this example.... A: @soumya, hi, for an effective weight loss , its best to combine diet and exercise. as the weight loss rate in hypothyroidism is slower,thn usual. but dun worry at all... if you are on medications, please be regular, and try maintain ur hormones near normal value. this will facilitate the effect of diet and exercise both.
