A: @soumya, hi, for an effective weight loss , its best to combine diet and exercise. as the weight loss rate in hypothyroidism is slower,thn usual. but dun worry at all... if you are on medications, please be regular, and try maintain ur hormones near normal value. this will facilitate the effect of diet and exercise both.
