I am a 28 yrs old working women and 3 months back I was 72 kgs.With the help of an diet consultant I able to reduce 10 kgs.
But though I lost 10kgs , people around me are telling that I do not look like I lost 10 kgs.So weight loss is there but probably that much volume loss is not there.My outfit size has been reduced by 2 sizes.

What u need now is a toned body - which will automatically result in volume loss. Start doing some basic strength exercises, or do Yoga to tone up the muscles wherever you have lost the fat.
