To do this exercise, you don't even have to wait for commercials. It is a great simple exercise for your calves which you can also do while sitting at your desk.

When brisk walking, keep your belly button gently sucked in to get a better workout.

This will keep your abdominal muscles activated, which is a great workout for your tummy and it helps to protect your lower back from injury.

When sitting in a vehicle, pull your belly button in as far as you can as if you're trying to touch it to your spine. Hold for 10-20 seconds.

This is a good workout for your abs which you can do while on your way to work or when you are sitting at your desk. Repeat the exercise 5 to 8 times.
