Q: Normally I mix some fruit in vegetable salad so that I can finish big bowl of salad easily. So, is it okay to mix banana with vegetable salad during the weight loss program. Banana has more calories compared to other fruits but it really helps me in finishing the salad. Please give your expert opinion.
