Q: Hi, How much time it takes to prepare for 10k run.....who can run....what level of fitness is crutial to run your first 10k run.....i request each and everyone of you to share, help run 10k....???

A: I got no idea. All I'm planning is to increase my treadmill running threshold to 10 KM by 15th April( from current 5 KM) and start running on ground/parks, over weekends. May be figure out some place like Lalbagh/Cubbon park etc in Bangalore and go there. May be all 10k runners from BLR should make a group and meet over weekends for jogging etc...
