A: Hi Selina, Normally any teens below age 18 years are not prescribed to do any exercises. As this is the phase to grow up. Why dont you indulge in some sports activities like volley ball, basket ball, etc. Any outdoor sports played for an hour or so have an effect of calorie burning and at a same time you would enjoy such things too.
