A: Belly fat can be reduced by doing belly exercises like crunches, Reverse crunches, hands to heel touch, leg cycling, Side bends etc. We need to do these exercises atleast for some 30 min 3/day. Also we need to include some 40 min of cardio exercises like Swimming, Jogging, Brisk walk, Running ,etc.
