Q: Ramadan, the holy month is here and many Muslims who are concerned about their physical fitness find themselves wondering how and when to continue their fitness program during the month of Ramadan. Should you Exercise? If yes how?

A: I'd just like to make a comment about training after Seri, It's not really a good idea because you sweat so much and you cannot replace that fluid. Training at lunch time, heat of the afternoon wouldn't be a good idea either but training before iftar would be the best
