
I am walking for 1hr a day from past 1 month, and I gained 1 kg? Why is this so?
Q: I am 28 years, height 5'2. I weigh 65 kgs. Before 1 month I started Walking for 1 hr a day at speed of 5 km /hr. I have lost 1 inch throughout my body, but have gained 1 kg now.
My target weight is 52 Kg. Can any one explain this behavior.
