Q: How do you break a weight plateau? I tried changing my exercise and diet! But it doesn't seem to help! Tried alternating carb days and protein days/ High intensity training (speed intervals for 30 mins)! Anything else I can do? Will working out twice a day help?

A: Hi Saunskruti, I was facing the same problem and I made some changes to my diet by taking only a light dinner comprising of Kellogs and Milk with one apple.
