Q: I am having trouble losing weight. I work out in Gym for half an hour. I do 15 mins cardio and 15 mins strength training. I am also watching what I eat. But yet not getting results. I am suffering from PCOD. So what diet should I follow?

A: Hi Prerna, People suffering from PCOD always have trouble losing weight. Due to Hormonal imbalance, Body's metaboilsm is impaired. But don't lose heart, you still can achieve weight loss slowly.
