Q: There is a simple way to get the right foods into our system, the hard part is doing it day after day... eat on time, if you don't then the term "Binge eating" applies to you! Because once you miss your meal, hunger will take precedence and what you eat becomes inconsequential

A: I used to be skipping breakfast and avoiding heavy lunch. So when I used to reach home in the night, I used to binge on my food like anything. That caused me to gain a lot of weight.
