Q: I want to know how I can reduce my body fat and make my muscles bigger. I am thinking about going on a low carb diet and high protein diet. Is this advisable? I need advice on what to eat.

A: By gaining muscle and keeping your weight same, you will reduce your body fat percentage. Eat plenty of protein and keep training on the weights. If done properly you'll improve your lean muscle and as a result the percentage of your body made up of fat will decrease as your muscle mass increases.
