Q: I want to know how I can reduce my body fat and make my muscles bigger. I am thinking about going on a low carb diet and high protein diet. Is this advisable? I need advice on what to eat.

A: By gaining muscle and keeping your weight same, you will reduce your body fat percentage. Eat plenty of protein and keep training on the weights.
