The entire world will go on celebrating each of the discoveries that relate to heart health. And there is nothing more important - because your heart needs to have the strength to bear all your body's stress and functions and it has to pump on and on till the last breath flips out.

And you do not need to burn too much of your inner fossil fuels to promote your heart health. You may exercise very little and your risk of coronary heart disease will observe a fall. At least, something is better than nothing.
Researchers at the Harvard School of Public Health have suggested that 150 minutes of physical exercises per week can work out fine to reduce your risk of coronary heart diseases by 14 percent in comparison to individuals who are physically inactive.
The researchers also concluded that the said risk will go on decreasing with a rise in the level of physical activity. They have found that 300 minutes of leisure-time physical activity at a moderate intensity can lower the risk of coronary heart diseases by 20 percent.
The researchers began by collecting data on 3000 physical activity and heart disease researches. They shortlisted 33 studies among them and could get a quantitative measure of the leisure activity in nine cases out of these 33 studies. The results were found to be more pronounced in women than in men.
Early studies have attempted to categorize people into groups like active or sedentary. But researchers have clarified that this particular study has tried to relate the amount of physical activity and the risk of heart diseases on a quantitative basis.
