When shopping for groceries, take a note of expiration date on all packaging, especially products like milk, paneer, curd, cheese and eggs.

To prevent fatigue, eat foods rich in iron like raisins (kishmish), spinach (palak), liver, fish, apricots and iron-fortified cereals.

Iron is a mineral that makes up an important part of haemoglobin, which is found in the red blood cells that carries oxygen throughout the body. If you do not get enough iron from your diet, your body cannot produce an adequate amount of haemoglobin. This means necessary oxygen can't get through to yout tissues, muscles and brain, and you will grow tired.

Limit the consumption of foods that can stain your teeth & leave them yellow, like grape juice, coffee, tea, red wine & dark soft drinks.

There are some other food like blackberries, blueberries and beets (chukandar) that can leave their color on teeth as well. Also, make sure you rinse your mouth thoroughly after you had any of these food.
