Health Tip for 04 April, '10

While sitting at a desk, sit with your knees level with or slightly higher than your hips. This promotes better posture in your low back.

If you are using a chair that is too low, causing your knees to be higher than your hips, it will promote a slumped sitting posture and increase stress on the muscles, ligaments and discs of your low back.
