When you wake up, open your curtains to let the sunlight in or take a trip outside to catch some rays. It will make you feel more awake.

If sunrise time is too early for you, start your morning bathing in bright light. Your mind will respond to light and bring you out of sleep. So, make it a part of your morning routine to put yourself in the light as soon as the alarm goes off.
