When you had quit smoking and feel urge to smoke, drink a glass of water slowly to stop the craving for smoking.

This will give your hand and mouth something to do which otherwise being idle can increase your urge to smoke. Also, water will help to flush the nicotine out of your body and help satisfy any increased appetite.
