When stuck in a jam/signal, place your hands against the roof of the car, push up with your arms & squeeze your abs. Hold for 10 seconds & relax.

Repeat it as many times as possible. The action of pressing up with the arms and shoulders, and squeezing the core strengthens the shoulders, arms, back, and core all at the same time.
