When starting your weight loss journey, start by writing down your short & long term weight loss goals, and plan on a piece of paper.

Many people ignore this step, and that is why they see no results even after putting in so much effort. When you write down your goals and take the time to plan, you are portraying to yourselves that this is important to you. Also, not only set the long-term goals, but also set short and medium-term goals, and update them on a regular basis.
