When sitting in a vehicle, pull your belly button in as far as you can as if you're trying to touch it to your spine. Hold for 10-20 seconds.

This is a good workout for your abs which you can do while on your way to work or when you are sitting at your desk. Repeat the exercise 5 to 8 times.
