Try to eat a handful of nuts like almonds (badam) five times a week to reduce your risk of heart disease by up to 50 percent.

A study showed those who consumed nuts five times a week were found to halve the risk of heart disease. Huge amounts of vitamin E found in these nuts acts as an antioxidant and reduces the risk of heart diseases.
