Try going outside for a walk/run instead of using a treadmill. You burn 10% more calories when you walk/run outdoors at the same speed.

When you run/walk on natural grounds, your body has to use more energy to propel itself. This helps you burn more calories. Additionally, walking/running outdoors will also spice up your workout by providing you with a change from being inside the gym.
