To keep your interest in exercise program, do a variety of activities like weight lifting, walking, running, tennis, cycling, dancing, etc.

Doing the same things over and over again can get a bit monotonous and boring, which can lead to loss of interest in the exercise program. Mixing things up keeps your interest in the program. There are many other things that you can mix up, like trying new stretches, using different weight equipment, and changing the intensity of your cardio program.
