Health Tip for 09 May, '11

To help tone & trim your buttock muscles, squeeze them as tightly as you can while sitting. Hold for at least 5 seconds & release. Repeat 10 times.

You can perform this exercise while commuting in a bus, car or a train, or when you are sitting on your office chair. This exercise will help tone the largest group of muscles in your body (glutes muscles), which will improve your posture and strength. You can also exercise your glutes while walking to your workplace by squeezing them with each step.
