To burn up to 350 extra calories, keep moving at all times. Tap your feet, drum your fingers or shake your foot. Anything that gets your body moving.

According to a study, people who had a habit of fidgeting burned an average of 350 extra calories per day than people who remain stationary. Some more ways to keep yourself moving include: moving restlessly in your seat or regularly lifting a glass of water to your lips. The more active you are, the better.
