Stretching at work to relax neck muscles: Look straight & slowly tilt your head to one side. Hold for 15 seconds. Relax & repeat 3 times on each side.

This exercises relaxes your neck muscles which are put under a lot of pressure due to looking at computers for long hours. Remember to keep your shoulders relaxed while doing this exercise.
