Starving yourself and then giving in to chocolate cravings is a very wrong habit.

Chocolates; satisfying as they might be, are still full of sugar. Restrict yourself to just a small piece once in while. Maybe that can be your treat if you have been good and lost weight! But do remember, just a small piece!
