Sprouting seeds, nuts, grains & legumes is a good way to increase the amount of vitamins, minerals, proteins, and enzymes.

For example, 7.5 mg of vitamin E is contained in one cup of broccoli sprouts as compared to just 1.5 mg present in one cup of fully mature raw or cooked broccoli.
