Smile all day, everyday. Studies have shown that smiling improves your mood, reduces stress, and suppresses pain both emotionally & physically.

Studies have shown that smiling releases endorphins, natural pain killers, and serotonin. Together these three make us feel good. Other recent studies also suggest that your emotions are reinforced by their corresponding facial expressions. The study found that a person told to make an angry face experienced increased blood flow to the hands and feet, which is also seen in those who are experiencing anger.
