Never keep on eating till you are full. Try to eat only until you are around 80% full. This way your body doesn't feel lethargic after a meal.

Your stomach needs working space, so don't fill it completely. Moderate eating will give satisfaction to your mind and harmony to your body. Overeating makes the mind agitated or dull and the body heavy and tired. Plus, it works as a natural calorie control as well.
