Lower your consumption of instant noodles. They contain high amount of sodium which can increase your risk of high blood pressure.

One pack of instant noodles with all the spices can contain more than half of your daily allowance of sodium. According to FDA, a healthy adult needs less than 2,400 mg of sodium per day (equivalent to about one teaspoon of table salt). Read the nutrition label and choose the one with less sodium per serving.
