Limit your intake of juice to around 300ml a day as most fruit juices are sugar added & fiber stripped. Better option: a glass of water or a fresh fruit.

Fruit juice is obviously a better choice than those sweetened fizzy drinks, but be careful as this healthy option isn't quite as healthy as it seems. Fruit juices contain a lot of sugar to sweeten them up and contain less fiber than a fresh fruit. When you are consuming fruit juices, try to buy sugar free or 100% natural juices.
