Limit the intake of salt to reduce your risk of a stroke. A study claims that if you reduce 3 gm of salt intake, your chances of getting a stroke are halved.

People who consume less salt are less prone to stroke. Studies claim that if you reduce one gram of salt intake, the possibility of stroke reduces by one sixth, and if you reduce salt intake by two grams, it reduces by a third and if you reduce it by three grams, your chances of getting a stroke are halved.
