According to scientists at Oxford University, complex tasks such as juggling can produce significant changes to the structure of your brain. As per the study, the scientists saw a 5% increase in white matter - the cabling network of the brain. Changes in the grey matter, where the processing and computation in the brain happens, were earlier shown by German researchers in a study published in the journal Nature.
