Include watermelon in your diet. They are not only low in calories & fat but also loaded with lycopene which is a very heart-healthy antioxidant.

Lycopene, also present in tomatoes, has been also shown to have anti-aging and cancer protecting properties (especially prostate cancer). If you slice your melon into 1-inch slabs, each piece contains as much lycopene as four medium-size tomatoes.
