In case of neck pain, avoid sleeping on a pillow that push your head forward.

The wrong pillow is a common cause of neck pain. Avoid pillows under your head that can force the head forward and place constant stress on the upper back and neck. If required, use a cervical or neck pillow that provides support to the neck. The pillow needs to support your neck while on your back, without throwing your head forward or letting it fall too far back.
