In case of muscle pain or sprain, add 2 cups of Epsom salts to a tub of hot water and take a relaxed bath in it.

Epsom salts contain lots of magnesium that is absorbed through the skin. Magnesium helps promote the healing of torn muscles. It also relieves any swelling.
