In case of a deviation while on a diet plan, do not give up the whole diet. Instead focus on getting back to your plan from your next meal.

All people slip-up from their diet plan at one point or the other during their program. Consider it as a temporary setback that you can overcome and focus on getting back to your diet plan from your next meal. In the long run, one little deviation will not undo all your hard work as long as you get back on the plan.
