Health Tip for 23 March, '11

If your work requires lot of keyboard/mouse use, rotate your wrists (5 times clockwise & 5 times counterclockwise) every hour to avoid wrist problems.

Repetitive use of the keyboard and the mouse in a wrong way can trigger problems in your wrists, leading to carpal tunnel syndrome causing pain, numbness and tingling sensation in your palm, wrist, thumb, or fingers. Regular wrist exercises can reduce your risk of such problems.
