Health Tip for 07 October, '10

If your toothache increases or occurs when you are trying to sleep, simply elevate your head to decrease the pressure in that area.

Most toothaches occur at night because of the increased blood pressure towards your head when you are lying down trying to sleep. Keeping your head elevated using extra pillows reduces swelling and pressure and may help calm the throbbing associated with a toothache.
