If you want to stick to your workout routine, catch hold of a friend to workout with you. Challenge each other to stay consistent & motivated.

The biggest motivation for a human being is companionship. So make sure you workout with your buddies or even a personal trainer for that matter. Better still, get your spouse to workout with you. Studies have shown that married people who are active with their spouse increase their chances of sticking to their exercise program by 90 percent.
