If you are overweight, lose the excess weight to reduce the extra pressure on the joints. Excess weight increases the possibility of joint problems.

Excess weight exerts extra pressure on the joints and there is a possibility of cartilage damage. Inflammation of joints is a common problem observed in many overweight people. Go for morning or evening walks and do avoid fatty and sugary foods.
