If you are feeling sleepy in the office, take a 10 minute walk to soak in the sunshine. This will help get rid of the sleepiness.

If your cabin has a window, open the windows and blinders to let the sunlight stream in and over you. Sunlight can influence your body clock. By exposing yourself to sunlight you will get rid of the sleepiness that has been hounding you through the morning.
